Michael Cedric Smith

Michael Cedric Smith, guitarist, currently teaches at the New York City College of Technology the Caedmon Music School and privately in New York City.  Mr. Smith formerly taught at the Saint Louis Conservatory, the Conservatory of Music of Brooklyn College, the National Summer Guitar Workshop, and at the Interlochen Center for the Arts in Michigan.  His students have been accepted at the Peabody Conservatory, Yale University, and the Manhattan School of Music. Michael Cedric Smith appears frequently as a recitalist and in chamber music concerts in New York and across the country. He has presented solo recitals in the Purcell Room in London and Weill Recital Hall in Carnegie Hall.
